I'm not reviewing the product, but the customer service, I asked for return of the item, customs taxes were too high, with transport I would have paid double the price for the item, still no answer. I didn't get the product, it arrived back after I checked with DHL but somehow they won't refund and answer my emails.

Im grateful to not have needed it yet , but it definitely puts my mind at ease .

This device saved our 9 month old baby last night she started choking on some food we gave her and completely stopped breathing I managed to dislodge it and get her to start breathing again with back blows but she immediately swallowed it again before I could fish it out. My partner came In with the life vac and it sucked it out and she started crying and breathing again we cannot thank this company and device enough it was a horrible experience but we are so glad we had this device to use, our friends and family are going to buy one and we are buying a second one to keep in the pram

I have now purchased 5 travel packs and gifted three to family members. The two remaining I have one in my car and one in my kitchen. It is so worth it to have the peace of mind, I hope I never have the need to use it but would not ever want to be without it.

I bought this to ease the worry of choking while we�re weaning our 6 month old. I hope that I never have to use it but it gives me peace of mind throughout our baby led weaning journey. We got the travel kit so we always have it with us on the go. There�s an instruction booklet in the kit which is very clear, looks easy to use, and there are 4 different sized masks depending on the size of the person choking. I feel confident using the life vac if the situation arises but hope that we never have to use it.

Wonderful. Gave it as a present to my new granddaughter�s mother.

Years before Life Vac was invented, our family had two choking incidents. Both were from two of our small children. Both were relieved from the Heimleck method, requiring more than one effort and a lifetime of memories from extremely frightening moments.

We now wouldn't be WITHOUT a Life Vac! With simple movements, Life can be saved, rather than the hope the former method MIGHT save our children or our adult lives!

We have grandchildren as well. Again, wouldn't be without a LifeVac.

We have also called our child's special needs school to offer a Life Vac to them, realizing this device would mean the difference between life or death in a choking emergency.

We keep these in every vehicle - underneath the driver's seat for emergencies. I'm aware that allowing children to eat in their car seats isn't ideal, but when you live far out in the country, it's just a part of life. This gives me peace of mind knowing if one of my kids chokes I can stop and help them immediately instead of trying to do the heimlich while waiting on EMS. My husband and I train once per year to make sure we remember how it works and I plan to teach my big kids soon so that they would be able to help their younger siblings, or me, if necessary!

We are well prepared with LifeVac. We own 3; 1 adult, one infant, and one travel pack. We decided to get the different sizes because we have kids. The travel pack is bright yellow so it sticks out very well for an emergency. We feel so much better knowing that we have a plan to save a life in case tragedy strikes!!! These things really work. Very happy to have this. We store in the baby's diaper bag. We pray we never need to use, although we've seen the video and read the instructions, so we're prepared in the event it is needed

This seems to be the perfect way to say someone from choking.
BUT:
Instead...put the warning "NOT TO ATTACH THE MASKS TO UNIT UNTIL CHOKING EMERGENCY OCCURS" on the front right under the "Instructions for use" This would be a tremendous help for dummies like me who followed the direction on the front, verbatum, then read the back.

This was a perfect sized case to easily hang in full sight at our club house.
