Am 10. September wurde LifeVac über die Rettung des 37. Lebens informiert! Im März ging LifeVac eine Partnerschaft mit der CareChoice Irland Pflegegruppe ein, die LifeVac nach Schulung des Personals in all ihren Heimen einführte. CareChoice Irland bietet herausragende Pflege für die wunderbaren Bewohner, die in ihren schönen Pflegeeinrichtungen leben, die von 50-Betten-Heimen bis zu 165-Betten-Heimen reichen. Im September wurde in einem der CareChoice-Heime LifeVac eingesetzt, als ein Bewohner zu ersticken begann. Das BLS-Protokoll wurde durchgeführt, das die Verstopfung leider nicht lösen konnte. Das Personal griff zu LifeVac und benutzte es, um die Nahrung zu entfernen, was das Leben ihres Bewohners rettete.
