Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order if unopened with both quality seals unbroken.
If an unopened device with both quality seals intact (not broken) is returned then a restocking fee of 10% of original order value will be deducted from the final total refund.
Opened units may be returned but only for the reason of a manufacturer defect (in accordance to the manufacturers definition of a defect that affects, fit, form or function) to the unit. A refund of the unit cost will be issued following the receipt and inspection of the device if a manufacturing fault is found.
If no manufacturing fault of fit, form or function is found on an opened unit, then no credit will be given. If after no fault found diagnosis and our customer requires the return of their unit a charge for repacking and freight will be applied.
